Reproducible research is the idea that scientific analyses are published with their data and software code so that others may verify the investigators' findings. We will walk through an example activity for introductory statistics class to train potential researchers in a sound and fully reproducible data analysis. The tools and techniques discussed using R/R Studio/RMarkdown may be used in graduate-level homework assignments as well as research.
All statistics students are expected to attend.
