Abstract:
This presentation is about my journey from the standard lecture to the flipped classroom.
This is part of a reform movement in teaching STEM courses which focuses on active learning instead of lectures.
Generally speaking, the flipped classroom uses online technology to deliver the
content of traditional in-class lectures
outside the classroom. Then activities traditionally considered homework are moved
back into the classroom.
