When writing reports and documents, two different systems dominate the market: Microsoft Word and Latex. Most users are already familiar with Microsoft Word. In this talk, we will look at the advantages and disadvantages of Latex versus Word. We will see how each one handles regular text, mathematical equations, figures and tables, and overall document design.
All statistics students are expected to attend.
