Software

There were several web-based utilities on our old network, such as RGLM, the timeseries double boot strap, and the Spearman test for ordered alternatives. We have been working on them and I'll keep an update here.
  • See Also: Current Information
  • Most of the data sets in the book: Robust Nonparametric Statistical Methods, 2nd ed by Tom Hettmansperger and Joe McKean, New York:Chapman&Hall, 2010 can be found here:

    Data Sets in HM

  • Most of the R functions discussed in Chapters 1 and 2 of the book can be found here:

R functions for Chaps 1 and 2 in HM

Notice the tar file beginning with AA. This contains all the R functions.

  • RGLM can be run at the following site. Please report problems to me (mckean@wmich.edu): RGLM
  • The Timeseries Double Bootstrap can be run at the following site. Please report problems to me (mckean@wmich.edu): Timeseries Double Bootstrap
