A. Computing ( 7.5) from a Data List:

1. [STAT]
2. Arrow right to [TESTS]
3. Arrow down to [TINTERVAL]. Press [ENTER].
4. Choose [DATA]. Press [ENTER].
5. Input the list name and the confidence level (must be a positive decimal). Leave [Freq] at 1.
6. Arrow down to [Calculate]. Then press [ENTER].

 

B. Computing ( 7.5) from $\overline{X}$ and S

Follow Procedure A, but choose [STATS] in Step 4.
