ith treatment. There is also space to put the name of the treatment,
information about a particular level of the treatment will be identified as
'name-i'. If a name is not supplied, then the output will be refered to
the levels as 'trt-i'. In both cases, i refers to the ith level of
the treatment.
The following contrasts are available:
All Pairwise Contrasts (Fisher's PLSD, Bonferroni or Tukey-Kramer)
vs Control (Fisher's PLSD, Bonferroni or Tukey-Kramer )
User Specified (Fisher's PLSD or Bonferroni )
For the user specified contrasts, each row must sum to zero (contrasts won't be
calculated otherwise) and the coefficients in each row should be in the order of
mu1 mu2 ... muk, each separated by a white space.
